Our Company has used Occupa twice now. We used them to help us find a space as we expanded our operations to London from the States. Occupa did a great job finding us a space and moving everything along quickly. We then used Occupa to locate a new tenant to take over our space. They worked extremely hard and found us a new tenant in a timely fashion. We have been very happy with the services Occupa has provided us. One other thing to note, Alex is ALWAYS available. It doesn’t matter if it’s midnight in London, he always makes himself available. That’s what I call service!
