I have found Occupa very helpful with my search for property in London. First, they responded to my email request immediately and then kept in regular contact updating me with developments. My property requirements were not so straight forward and challenging to say the least, however I always found that they went out of their way to try to find a property to suit my needs. Given that I am not based in the UK, I found Occupa’s staff to be very flexible with their schedules managing to fit meetings around the times that I was in London for short periods of time.
